Superscript teams up with Checkatrade
We're thrilled to have been chosen by Checkatrade, the UK’s largest trade directory, to provide its members with tailored business insurance.
Tools of the trade
As part of the commitment to meet The Checkatrade Standard and vetting checks, Checkatrade's 47,000 members are required to be insured. So we've teamed up with Checkatrade to help make buying the right insurance quick and easy for their members.
Through our co-branded digital journey, and using our proprietary technology, we'll be serving Checkatrade members with customisable insurance from our full range of covers in five minutes or less.
Checkatrade members will also have access to human support if they need it, through our five-star team of customer support specialists – over the phone or via our online chat function.
As ever, our cover is flexible, and can be amended at any time with no extra cost. The Superscript dedicated online customer portal will provide instant access to documents and proof of cover, as well as access to our in-house claims team.
The perfect mix

The trade industry is already amongst Superscript’s best performing segments; our tailored customer journey, flexibility on mid-term adjustments and the choice to pay monthly or annually is perfectly suited to trade professionals’ needs.
Through this partnership, Checkatrade is building on its already strong foundations to become the most complete end-to-end marketplace for trades and customers alike.
